• Render-time gating for the test-card edit pencil (#856).

The result-edit control (a.edit-action) re-evaluates a settled test with GM fidelity — it is the GM's counterpart to Fate — so it is shown only to a GM and removed for every other client. Like the button gates, this is per-viewer (the card HTML is baked once by the sender, so the GM/non-GM decision must be made when it renders on each client), and it is cosmetic only: the real gate is the click-time GM refusal in sohl.document.item.logic.SohlItemBaseLogic.resultEdit (a synthesized click bypasses the removed DOM node). A no-op on any card without an edit pencil, and for a GM viewer.
