The ordered column set each Mystical Ability sub-type shows on the Being
sheet (#990), keyed by MYSTICALABILITY_SUBTYPE value. Ability (name) is
the fixed lead and the controls are the fixed trail (see
mysticalAbilityLedgerCols); these are the variable middle columns.
eml / charges / notes appear for every sub-type; skill is dropped for
the intrinsic talents (they have no associated skill) and level only shows
where the sub-type has a meaningful power level.
