Light Broad Bolt

Light quarrel, leaf-bladed iron head; opens bleeding wound; hunters, scouts, brigand foes.

A light crossbow quarrel ending in a flat, leaf-bladed iron head with two ground edges, sometimes lightly barbed. The broad head opens a bleeding wound in unarmoured flesh, and the short shaft flies true at hunting range. Foresters, poachers, and outriding scouts carry a belt-quiver of these for deer, boar, and brigand alike.
