Physical Symptoms
Rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, nausea, or dizziness.
Intrusive Thoughts
Persistent and distressing thoughts about chemical toxicity or contamination.
Emotional Distress
Deep feelings of dread and helplessness, possibly leading to obsessive behaviors aimed at eliminating chemical exposure.
