Physical Symptoms
Rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, nausea, or dizziness.
Intrusive Thoughts
Persistent and distressing thoughts about failure, judgment, or deadlines at work.
Emotional Distress
Deep feelings of dread, helplessness, and inadequacy related to professional responsibilities.
