Physical Symptoms
Rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, nausea, or dizziness.
Intrusive Thoughts
Persistent and distressing thoughts about cheese being repulsive, harmful, or overwhelming.
Emotional Distress
Deep feelings of dread and helplessness when encountering cheese.
