Remove a recurring schedule for actionName on doc — clears the persisted entry and unsubscribes it from the queue.
Parameters
- doc: Schedulable
  The document to unschedule on.
- queue: SohlEventQueue
  The event queue to unsubscribe from.
- actionName: string
  The schedule to remove.
