level — [M1, S2, S3, G4, G5]: an effective impact ≥ the nth threshold reaches
at least level n (1→M1, 5→S2, 10→S3, 15→G4, 20→G5). Any penetrating hit is at
least M1.
These are calibrated for a baseline human body (STR ≈ 11). Per-creature scaling
multiplies this master table by the being's bodyScale factor (see
injuryLevelFromImpact); the master table itself is never mutated.
