Summarize the being's injured body parts as a comma-joined list of "<part> (<status>)" for the letterhead, skipping uninjured (none) parts. This is the print-safe replacement for the header's color-coded body lozenges, which are meaningless in grayscale print.
Parameters
- lozenges: readonly BodyPartLozenge[]
  The body-part lozenges (see buildBodyPartLozenges).
- statusLabel: (status: BodyPartStatus) => string
  Resolves an impairment status to its display label.
Returns string
The comma-joined injured-part summary, or "" when all are healthy.
